Fishing at Delavan Lake, Delavan Wisconsin

I made a quick run up to Delavan today. Launched at 9:30AM and back off the lake by noon.

Water Temp was 68 degrees, clarity 2-4 feet on most of the lake.

I went straight to the weedbeds with the blue-black chatterbaits (actually, the Strike King version "Pure Poison Swim-Jigs"), using a steady retrieve in 5-7 feet of water.

No bass action, but I had 5 small pike, best was 28 inches. (smallest one was 9 inches !!!)
