"The Sangchris Bass Gang" (Brad aka Hawg Czar, Wes aka Lucky Ace, and myself) got together for our second Sangchris trip of 2006. Conditions were perfect, air temp 74 degrees, mild west wind, water temp 72-76 degrees, visibility of about a foot, and loads of hungry bass. (lake level is still about 12 inches below normal pool) Yum Wooley Curlytail grubs thrown in the emerging lilypads in 2 to 3 feet of water was the pattern of choice. Those monster lilypads are coming on strong. It will be a jungle in a few more weeks. We started out taking pictures of all the "keepers", but it just got too tiresome by the second day....
Get out there and catch one for me !!!!
(I lost a real Big Boy in the lilypads when he straighten out my X-point hook, I need some Revenge!!!)
