Poe's Awaker, a top water bait,

produced this 46 " Shabbona muskie and some other vicious strikes.

You have to pick the time and place for topwaters, but when it's time, reach for a Poe. These baits call in the bruisers and can handle fish after fish without a scratch. Something about this bait just makes them mad. I had one rocket 100% out of the water, knocking this bait about 20 feet in the air last Fall.
